speaker, coach, obsessive adventurer

I'm Sarah.

I'm a small-town Alberta kid who's intense curiosity lead her to travel the globe, jump out of planes, and fall head first into the realm of human achievement.

Obsessions include: tea, journaling, old Top Gear episodes, sampling obscure cocktails, and every flimsy excuse to get outside and move.

hey there!

I THINK SETTLING IS BULLSHIT.

I am an advocate of audacious authenticity and avid wilderness explorer; both internal and external. I am obsessed with human achievement. My clients range from entrepreneurs to moms to confused teens. They all have one thing in common: they dream of a life that makes their soul sing; the one filled with that elusive something more. My passion is leading them through the fundamentals of uncovering their own inner compass to build that one wild and precious life. I do it because the world desperately needs each of our unique gifts.

I believe the greatest crisis humanity faces is unmet potential.

And not all that long ago, I was one of the biggest perpetrators.

I didn't really clue into it until I was crying alone on the floor of the house I owned (that I didn't want) over a man (that was all sorts of wrong for me) who had cheated (again) while I was away trying to salvage the (totally toxic) job I hated so I could pay the bills for the house (which I couldn't afford on my own). In short: I had tried living life by "the rules", and in spite of my best intentions, it had gone to utter shit.

I thought there must be something wrong with me, why couldn't I make the formula work? Why wasn't I happy with what other people dream of? I knew I had potential, I could *feel* it, but I didn't know how to access it or where to point it, so here I was: failing. I was lost. I was a festering heap of disempowering stories, self destructive habits, and unaddressed pain. I was in crisis, and I needed to make a change.

I decided to burn the boats to save myself.

I dismantled everything I had built, discovered my own internal guidance system, and went for it full throttle. I let go of settling for someone else's ideal, and I built my own.

Today life feels like a giant, magic adventure. I'm excited to get up and discover what waits for me every day.

It looks a little wild from the outside looking in, but let me tell ya...that's the way (uh huh, uh huh) I like it.

And do you know the best part?

I know without question that you can do it, too.

I've made it my mission to help you do just that.

Don't wait until you've settled all the way down to bedrock.
